A. The driver stops every 3 to 4 hours for potty and exercise breaks. Each dog receives an individual 10-minute walk with their driver.

A. Yes — all pets always have water available; feeding is done according to the instructions you provide on our Feeding & Special Instruction form.

6. Q. Do I need to crate my pets?
A. For private transports, dogs do not need to be crated; they can ride on bedding in the van. For group transports, one dog per van may ride crate-free on a first-booked basis. Cats must be crated for the entire trip, but crates are roomy and comfortable.
A. TLC requires up-to-date vaccinations and rabies. We also require a health certificate from your veterinarian (dated no more than 10 days before transport), showing your pet is healthy enough to travel. Pets must also be treated for fleas and ticks.
